Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time. We are currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions, including Gateway errors and brief periods of system downtime. These disruptions are due to a substantial increase in site activity and are being addressed.

Issues reported: Our users are encountering difficulties accessing the software. Some features may have been unavailable or may exhibit slow performance.

Cause: Increased site activity has overwhelmed our current system resources.

Resolution: Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue by:

1)Expanding system capacity: We are increasing the resources available to handle a higher volume of traffic.

2)Performing maintenance: We are conducting scheduled maintenance starting tonight, 1/21/2025, to optimize system performance and stability. Site maintenance may continue until the end of the week.

Production engineering has also identified a gap in our service monitoring. Additional service monitoring procedures are being implemented to ensure more stability.

We are working diligently to restore full service as quickly as possible and we will provide updates on this page as the situation evolves.
