Applications/Orders submitted after June 1st: Applications are now searchable within the software.
Historical Data (Orders and Applications prior to June 1): We are actively working to restore this data as quickly as possible.
Work History, User Access, Student and Dashboard Data: Data has been recovered.
Refunds: We are diligently working on restoring refund transactions.
ScribFolder: We are implementing a specific process to restore student lists for ScribFolder users.
We understand the importance of uninterrupted workflow and are committed to resolving all outstanding issues efficiently and minimizing any disruption to your daily operations.
Applications/Orders and the login issues: We are currently prioritizing the resolution of restoring current applications/orders and user access. The solution is being implemented and will continue to be progress through the remainder of today. Tomorrow our team will focus on restoring Work History. The following week our focus will be on restoring historical data within the application.

Our development team is actively working to address these problems and recover all of the data. They are currently testing a fix that will be deployed as soon as possible. Due to the unexpected outage, we are currently experiencing several issues:
Cloudflare Error: Scribbles is timing out and not allowing the page to load completely
Applications/Orders: These may not be appearing on the "Process Order" page and/or on the Family Dashboard.
Login issues: Processors and parents, may encounter difficulties logging in. Existing accounts might not be recognized at this time.
Button Functionality and reporting: We are also actively working to resolve the issues with the removal of certain buttons from the Family Dashboard and the reporting timeouts.
What to Expect: We kindly ask processors and parents to wait a few hours while we stabilize the system and return to normal operations.
